Shipping policy

All orders shipped USPS. Orders placed before 3:00 pm local est. will be shipped next day. In the event that an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Please ensure to enter the complete address on all orders, not responsible for orders not delivered or received due to incomplete address (missing building or apt number/letter, etc.)

 

Local Delivery Policy:

Local delivery only offered for select areas Indianapolis, IN & surrounding areas.  If local delivery is available in your area the option will appear at checkout. Delivery time 7:00 am - 10:00 pm est. Monday - Sunday.  "Enjoy our swift 1-hour delivery policy for most orders! Please note, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may extend beyond this timeframe. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding."  Any orders that come in after 10:00pm est. will be delivered the next delivery day.
